Wiki edits and fan sites frequently publish unverified voice actor names within hours of an announcement. Treat names as confirmed only when they appear on the TV Tokyo, Shochiku, P.A.WORKS, or Crunchyroll official pages.
Japanese Cast vs English Dub
Because the series streams internationally through Crunchyroll, the production maintains two separate voice tracks. The Japanese cast was announced first with nine named members; the English dub cast and crew followed in the October 5, 2026 announcement.
| Category | Japanese Version | English Dub |
|---|---|---|
| Announcement | June 10, 2026 | October 5, 2026 |
| Cast size confirmed | Nine lead members | Lead cast and crew |
| Broadcast source | TV Tokyo | Crunchyroll |
| Production studio | P.A.WORKS | Crunchyroll dub production |
| Use case | Original simulcast viewing | English-language accessibility |
The Crunchyroll series page carries both the Japanese simulcast with subtitles and the English dub, so you can compare performances for Rein and the rest of the party in one place.
How to Find Official Voice Actor Information
Follow this workflow whenever a new character debuts and you want to confirm who voices them.
Check the Official Broadcaster Page
Open the TV Tokyo anime page, which lists credited cast per episode as the season airs.
Review the Production Side
Visit the Shochiku anime site and the P.A.WORKS works page for staff and character credits tied to the production itself.
Confirm the English Dub on Crunchyroll
Check the Crunchyroll series page and dub announcement article for English cast credits, which are added as dub episodes release.
Cross-Reference Weekly
New cast members are typically announced as their characters appear, so re-check official channels after each weekly episode.
Episode credits roll every Tuesday after the broadcast, and Crunchyroll dub credits follow the dub schedule. Checking both weekly keeps your cast knowledge current through the season.
Cast Research Checklist
Verify Each Voice Actor Credit:
- Confirm the name appears on TV Tokyo or Shochiku official pages
- Cross-check the English dub credit on Crunchyroll
- Match the character to the correct episode debut
- Trace the voice actor's prior roles through official profiles
- Ignore unverified names from fan wikis without sources
The June 2026 announcement included lead staff alongside the cast. Director, series composition, and character design credits shape the show's tone as much as the performances, and they are documented on the P.A.WORKS works page.
